The B.E. (CSE) course was introduced in the year 1995 and since then the teachers have been training students in all intricacies of Computer Science and its applications.
The laboratory has more than 500 systems with latest configurations. All the required software has been installed as per university norms. The computer facility comprises of Internet lab with 1 Mbps RF connectivity and radio modem, besides a RDBMS lab and a Programming lab.
Our students have formed Software Professionals Association and organize lectures of eminent software professionals on E-Com, .net, Linux, etc. The association conducted National Level Technical Symposium
SETIN, PRAKRITI, ZERONE 2K4 and ZERONE 2K5 involved participation of students from various colleges in India.
The department on par with Information Technology conducted workshop on Case Tools, in which eminent professors from various colleges gave lectures and it also had practical sessions.
Our students underwent in-plant training in companies like Polaris, Wipro, ISRO, BHEL, and SSI Tech.
